How to create a template?

Easiest way to create template is to use rok-server and web-based UI.

• Download & install the tool (or run docker-image);
• Open http://localhost:8080/templates/
• Click Create new template
• Upload the image for matching
• Define the areas of interest, and export it.
• The template.json will be stored in templates dir, and available for use.
